Legal basis
We collect and store personal information on the juridical grounds of ‘legitimate interest’. We collect only information handed over voluntarily. We do not collect or use information collected by third parties.
Personal information management
We store information pertaining to your partnership, accreditation, ticket purchases and access to the restricted screening areas on our website. Details will be stored for two years.
We do not pass on your details to any third parties, except to subcontractors who act as personal data assistants, for example when it becomes necessary to contact you via email or by post.
We store information in systems actively protected by safety regulations (such as passwords or firewalls).

Intention and purpose
We use personal information to provide efficient support and to be able to keep in touch with our partners, delegates, buyers, commissioners and distributors for service and information purposes, to give access to the screening sections on this website, and to generate statistics.
When you become a partner, register for accreditation, or register your interest in specified content, Scandinavian Screening could contact you via email or phone for information and service purposes.
We may also collect personal data such as photos and videos taken at the festival’s screenings, events and other activities.
We save your personal data in a safe and confidential way in password-protected databases to which only a limited number of the festival’s relevant employees have access.

The data is used to improve the user experience of our website through Google Analytics. The statistical data is used exclusively in the form of summaries, for example to see which pages and browsers are used most frequently.
